I am online editor at Science|Business, covering science and innovation policy in central and eastern Europe. In the past few years I have dedicated a significant part of my coverage to the issues of academic freedom, Europe's science performance gap, and scientific advice for policy making. I am als handling the Science|Business newsletter, a twice-weekly review of what is happening in the world of European research and innovation policy. 

Previously, I have worked as a political science researcher, freelance web designer and online producer for various organisations and think-tanks in Romania and Hungary. I hold degrees in political science from Central European University in Budapest and Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca.
