Graduated from Irkutsk agricultural University, Russia, majoring in animal science in 1988.

Earned PhD degree in animal nutrition and grassland at Mongolian University of Life Science in 2003.

Working as a reseacher at the research Institute of Animal Husbandry since 1988.

Have been conducting and supervising more than 20 research projects supported by the Government of Mongolia and International organization including Mercy Corps Mongolia, ADB and WB.

Research interests are animal production and nutrition, grassland management, and fodder technology, honey plants.

Publications: 3 books, more than 40 research articles published in local and international journals.
