Ms. Sobeih is head of scientific Activities section at Center for Special Studies and Programs, one of Bibliotheca Alexandria Academic research centers. She has 10 yeas of experience in organizing, monitoring and evaluation of international educational events, programs and projects; in collaboration with international entities, such as United Nations, European Union, US National Academy of Sciences, the World Academy of Sciences; TWAS. Skilled facilitator, with solid experience in managing strategic partnerships. 

Yousra Sobeih is also involved in a number of international projects that deal with enhancing education quality and building networks of scientists and researchers in the field of life sciences and higher education, among those projects Knowledge-Triangle Platform for the Water-Energy-Food Nexus EU-TEMPUS Project (TEMPUS) and others. In cooperation with the US National academies Ms. Sobeih, served on the committee of two Egyptian Institutes for Teaching Responsible conduct of research held in Egypt, 2015. Moreover, she was engaged in various international and national activities and projects in the field of Social Development and Youth empowerment mainly within the framework of EUROMED (European- Mediterranean) Youth Projects. 

Yousra studied Anthropology and holds a Bachelor degree of Arts from Alexandria University, Egypt (2006). Main fields of research: Education  (specially higher education methodologies and framework)
