I am a doctoral student at Széchenyi István University, SZEEDSM program. My educational background is in business administration, I hold a Bachelor's degree in international economics and a Master's degree in business development. Despite having appreciated and enjoyed most of my studies on the bachelor and master level, I have gradually grown more interested in topics that are somewhat "outside the box" as opposed to the mainstream approach to business. The research topic for my doctoral thesis is unethical behavior in organizations, and I am looking forward to contribute to the high-quality academic discourse in the field of business ethics.

Professionally I have started my career in HR operations. Afterwards I had the opportunity to try other roles, and I worked as an IT consultant, and later as an account manager. However, I have recently returned to HR, where I am currently working as a Business Analyst/Team Leader.

In my PhD studies I aim to combine theoretical knowledge that is present in academia with the practical skills that I could acquire by working in different organizations, and the transdisciplinary specialization of the SZEEDSM PhD program provides a great opportunity for that.
