Dr. Amna Jabbar Siddiqui, is a young scientist working as a Research Officer at Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research, International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi. She has completed her Ph.D. in July 2016 on acute leukemia metabolomics. During her Ph.D., she has been awarded HEC Indigenous Scholarship for M.S. leading to Ph.D. program in 2011. In the GRE (Chemistry) conducted by Educational Testing Service, USA, she obtained raw score 740 with 63 percentile below (April 2010). Recently, she has completed her post-doctoral from Bordeaux, France on bacterial lipids by mass spectrometry. Dr. Amna has good experience in MS techniques such as Electrospray Ionization (ESI), Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization (MALDI), and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS). She has also extensively worked on statistical analyses on different datasets. She has published 22 research articles in reputed international journals with an impact factor of 69, h-index 6.
