Since 1996 working activitieds: prepared  and coordinated the procedure of submission the draft of law on environmental protection to ministry of justice for consideration process.

participated draft mission of technical experts meeting on the ASEAN framework agreement on access to genetic resources.

particitpation in formulation process of draft reporting of global environmental outlook-2006 (GEO4).

Lecturer on environmental policy at vientiane police academy school and national administration institute.
