Viktória Lilla Pató is the vice president for foreign affairs at Association of Hungarian PhD and DLA Candidates (DOSZ), president of the Doctorates’ Council at National University of Public Service where she continues her PhD studies in public administration sciences. Viktoria is also the coordinator of Democracy and Sustainability Working Group in Eurodoc, the Doctorates’ Council on European level. The applicant also took part in the training of Open Science Ambassador 2019 organised by Eurodoc, she represents Eurodoc open science initiatives and activities among Hungarian PhD candidates.

Before starting PhD in 2017, Viktória spent five years at National University of Public Service studying international public administration and took part in several non-formal educational programs on international level such as Erasmus+ volunteering and trainings. After some work experiences gained in the Hungarian public administration she started to do researches on science policy focusing on maintaining the balance of power between academies and governments.
