Prof. Michael Moore is a social psychologist who received his Bachelor's degree at the Hebrew U of Jerusalem, and did his graduate work at Wayne State University in Detroit.

He has spent many years at the University of California at Davis, but until his retirement his main position was with the Technion -- Israel Institute of Technology. There he has chaired both the Department of Education in Science and Technology, and the Department of Humanities and Arts. He is working in the fields of measurement and evaluation
