Fruzsina Kovács is a fifth-year Ph.D. student at the Doctoral School of Literary Studies at Pázmány Péter Catholic University in Budapest, Hungary, where she focuses on the dynamics of transnational translation flows in Hungary after 1989. Fruzsina holds an MA in English language and literature, a postgraduate degree in translation, and a BA in cultural management and PR. Her research interests include international cultural networks, research ethics in the humanities and social sciences, sociology of translation, and Translation Studies research methodology. She is an active member of the Central European Association for Canadian Studies. As a recipient of the Dora Plus grant, launched by the Estonian Government and the EU Regional Development Fund, she conducted her doctoral research at the University of Tartu in the spring semester of 2018/2019.
