I am writing to You to inquire about the possibility to be a speaker (if it is not too late) at the Thematic session THEMATIC SESSIONS IV. E. SCIENCE DIPLOMACY FOR GLOBAL CHALLENGES: INTERNATIONAL FRAMES, NORMS AND ETHICAL PRINCIPLES

with the presentation: 

Educational institutions providing a platform to enhance communication between science and diplomats (on the example of National research nuclear university MEPhI, Institute of International relations).

I am sorry for such a late inquiry, I have just seen this opportunity at s4d4c website. Tell me please whether there is a possibility to apply as a speaker this year, otherwise I would be happy to contribute to the next forum.
