Ms. Feng Kai is Deputy Director of International Organization Programmes, Bureau of International Cooperation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has been extensively involved with general management and coordination of bilateral and multilateral international cooperation programmes and projects on the Academy level. In the past five years, she has been particularly involved with facilitating CAS collaboration with major international scientific organizations. At the same time, Ms. Feng has also been in charge with the executive duties of TWAS Regional Office for East, South East Asia and the Pacific.
