I am professor emeritus at the Department of General and Applied Linguistics of the University of Debrecen, Hungary. I hold the title of Doctor of the Hungarian Academy od Sciences. I am a linguist specialised in theoreticsl and applied linguistics. I have lead several interdisciplinary research projects both across departments and across research institutions in Hungary. Imhave also been the chief organisor and/or program director of a number of national amd international conferences in digital humanities as well as linguistics.
