A N M Zakir Hossain is an academician and researcher from Bangladesh and has been working as an assistant professor of political science at Bangladesh Agricultural University since 2013.  Mr. Hossain has completed his graduation from Shahalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet in Political Studies and Public Administration and master's in Public Administration from the same university. Mr. Hossain achieved the highest score among all the students of his batch. In recognition of his brilliant results, he awarded the ministry of education and university scholarship. He has awarded different research grants from the national level and completed five research projects and published seven research articles in different international journals. A N M Zakir Hossain is now at Budapest, Hungary, he awarded Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship this year and joined as a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Public Administration Sciences in National University of Public Service, Budapest, Hungary.  Before joining NUPS, Hossain attended more than ten international and about fifteen national seminars. He also participated in national and international training workshops and conferences in India and Thailand.
