Sandra F. Gomes is a PhD student at Centre for Research in Medical Pharmacology of University of Insubria (Italy), in co-tutela with Faculty of Medicine of University of Porto (Portugal).

Sandra F. Gomes education background includes a Degree in Applied Biology (2014, School of Sciences, University of Minho), a Master Degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics (2017, Faculty of Sciences, University of Lisbon) and a Master Degree in Academic and Clinical Education (expected in 28/November/2019, Faculty of Medicine, University of Porto).

Sandra F. Gomes is involved in research on Adrenergic System & Cancer, Academic and Research Integrity, Research Ethics, Medical Education, MD-PhD training and Pedagogical Innovation. Her past research experience and training also includes Lung Development, Infectious Diseases, Autism Spectrum Disorders and Tissue Engineering, Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cells.
