Scientific research of Prof. Dr. Jasna Čanadanović-Brunet is the field of chemistry of stable and unstable free radicals in the model and chemical systems, as well as the isolation, identification and determination of the biological, in particular antioxidant activity of natural organic compounds.In the last 10 years Prof.Dr. Jasna Čanadanović-Brunet published 42 work in SCI journals .  The total number of citations is 2113 (heterocitations 1947) and the h-index= 26. Prof. Dr. Jasna Čanadanović-Brunet  is the head of the project is of special interest for sustainable development in AP Vojvodina for the project cycle from 2016-2019. entitled "A new concept of enriching food grain seedlings of Vojvodina". Currently she is the head of the Republican national project "Development of products and additives of fruit and vegetables with a high content of bioactive compounds". Co-author of the two chapters in the monograph distinguished and two sections in the international book.
