Dora Bianka Balogh graduated with MSc degree in biochemical engineering at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. She is currently a PhD student in MTA-SE “Lendület” Diabetes Research Group at Semmelweis University investigating the molecular mechanisms of chronic diabetic complications. Her current research focuses mainly on renal and cardiac fibrosis. She is deeply interested in understanding the interplay that can occur between renal cellular and molecular mechanisms in hypoxia.
