Moldir Yelibay is from Kazakhstan. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate at Eotvos Lorand University at European Doctorate in Teacher Education program in Budapest, Hungary. She holds MSc in Educational Leadership (with honors) and BSc in Mathematics (with minor in Communication), both degrees from Nazarbayev University, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
She is also the “Future Leaders Exchange” international exchange program alumni. She has experience working as a research assistant to “ Gender and Schooling in Kazakhstan: a mixed methods study” project and as a teaching assistant in the School of Sciences and Technology, both positions were held in Nazarbayev University.
She also worked for JSC “Center for International Programs” as a manager of “Serpin” Scholarship Program, were her duites were to administer students throughout their participation in the program and organize and schedule cultural and adaptation activities for students.
As a current Ph.D. student, her research interests are age and gender-based research, workplace relationships and education.
