Otgonbaatar Tsedendemberel is a co-founder and former Executive Director of Mongolian LGBT Center. He is a PhD student in sociology at Corvinus University of Budapest. Having studied Gender Studies at Central European University (2018) and with Master of Arts (MA) in Human Rights from Mahidol University (2017) and LL.B. in Japanese Civil Law from Tokyo University (2005), Tsedendemberel is a former Advocacy Program Manager (2009-2011) and Executive Director of the LGBT Center of Mongolia (2011-2014), where he helped lead the country’s LGBTIQ rights movement. He served as Board Member of Mongolian organizations (Open Society Forum and Youth Policy Watch). Currently, Tsedendemberel is a Program Advisory Committee (PAC) member of the Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Center for Women (ARROW).
