CV
I am an Agricultural Engineer by the State University of Santa Cruz - UESC (2016). During my BSc, I participated as a volunteer in a Research Project entitled "Resistance to Drought in Cocoa (Theobroma cacao)". I have also completed internships at the Biotechnology and Genetics Center of UESC, in a Research Project entitled "Characterization of citrus and tobacco plants containing the genes CsDTIP (delta-TIP) and CsGOL (galactinol synthase), candidates for drought tolerance in citrus" (2011 - 2013), and at the Phytotechnology Laboratory of the same institution (2015-2016), with Scientific Initiation Grants from the State of Bahia Research Foundation (FAPESB), as well as the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). During my BSc, I had also the chance to do an Exchange Program at Curtin University, in Perth, Australia (2013 - 2014), where I also completed another internship at the Department of Agriculture and Food of Western Australia - DAFWA (2014 - 2015). I entered the Master's degree in Agronomy (Crop Production) at the São Paulo State University "UNESP/FCAV”, Jaboticabal Campus, in August 2017, where I worked on antioxidant responses of plants submitted to abiotic and biotic stresses. I concluded my masters in Agust 2019, and I am now a PhD student at Szent István University, Gödöllő, Hungary. I have published 3 book chapters, 18 conference papers, and I have also presented 4 papers in scientific events (poster presentations).
