dr. Emese Pásztélyi, PhD candidate
Dr. Emese Pásztélyi received her law degree in 2018 at the Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) and currently she is a PhD candidate at ELTE’s Department of Civil Law. The focus of her research are the challenges of the international regulation of innovation.
With various scholarships she spent 4 semesters at the Humboldt University of Berlin and gained practical experiences in the field of European law and regulation. In 2019 with the International Parliament Scholarship of the German Bundestag she spent 6 months at Berlin supporting a Member of Parliament in his legislative work. Last year she also participated as a speaker at the Humboldt-Kolleg Forum with her thesis about hub&spoke cartels.
She is a member of European Law Students Association (ELSA) and alumni member of IPS Alumni Group in Berlin.
