Professional in Economics with a Master´s in Leadership and Sustainable Development and a Master´s in Educational Management, with more than ten years of professional experience in educational sector as a director for programs and coordinator of international relations.

At this moment, she is leading the process to structure the ethics system for research and science, from the vice-rector´s for research office, through a responsible conduct of research program in Javeriana University and smaller Universities in Colombia.

Last year she participate in NCURA -National Council of University Research Administrators- conference and the special training program in compliance and ethics in research at Harvard University.

She has complementary studies in marketing for educational institutions and pedagogy for young.
