Dr.Nergui has obtained her Ph.D degree in 2016 from the Nano Science and Technology Program, Academia Sinica and the National Taiwan University.

There she studied importance of nano technology in biotechnology research, further application of human biology. After her time in Taiwan, she is back to Mongolia in 2016 and in Mongolian Academy of Sciences. Since 2017, she started working in the headquarter of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences and learning a new discipline of Science policy and diplomacy. She has been attending several training courses and some workshops to obtain her experience and knowledge of policy which related to Science.  The World Science Forum objective is the exact discipline for her who is in the interest and desperation of gathering knowledge of contemporary science policy.

She was a research assistant at the Laboratory of Coal Chemistry and Chemical Technology, Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, Mongolian Academy of Sciences (MAS) after her graduation in 2005 from Mongolian University of Science and Technology. Since then she wanted to continue her research and be a researcher.
