Beatriz Martinez studied Physics and Politics & Management of Science and Technology at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. She taugh Physics at the Faculty of Engineering, UBA (1976-2009). Being a professor for 23 years. She Worked in the National Institute of Industrial Technology, INTI (1977-2012). Developing activities in the R&D Energy Center. Since 2004 she was oriented to the management. She was General Management of INTI since 2009 and 2012 when she retired. Being also Director of Resource  Management for Strategic Projects in Science and Technology at the Faculty of Exact Sciences, National University of La Plata, Argentina.
