Bashar H. Malkawi is Dean and Professor of Law at University of Sharjah, UAE. Prof. Bashar Malkawi holds LLM from University of Arizona and SJD from American University, Washington College of Law.

Prof. Malkawi is prolific scholar, whose work covers variety of subjects, but with strong emphasis on international trade. He has written over 70 articles for law reviews and professional publications. In addition to his scholarship, Bashar Malkawi provided consultations and expert witness services to international organizations and international law firms.
