I am currently leading the Pak Alliance for Maths and Science, a non-profit in Pakistan representing over 40 STEM-related organisations in the country.

Before assuming this role, I worked as the Political and Policy Lead at a 5-year education campaign titled 'Alif Ailaan'; my last two years there were largely about expanding Pakistan's science ecosystem and ensuring that government(s) worked towards addressing the significant gap in our students' learning in mathematics and science.

I have an engineering background, worked for project management and allied consulting firms since 2001 in Pakistan and the Middle East, and moved into the non-profit sector in 2013 to effect change at a (much) larger scale.
