Jens Degett is a Science Journalist,  Editor in Chief of ScienceStories.dk, President of the European Union of Science Journalists Associatons and Chair of the Danish Science Journalist Association.

He has worked with science journalism and communication for more than 25 years. Jens Degett was the Executive Director of the European Action of Global Liife Science (EAGLES) 2005-2010.

He was Director of Communication and Information at European Science Foundation from 2000-2005.

From 1993-2000 he worked as science journalist at the National Danish Broadcast.
