I am currently the Director, Industrial Chemicals and Minerals Department at the Raw Materials Research and Development Council, Abuja, Nigeria. I hold  PhD, M.Sc. and B.Sc. Degrees in Biochemistry from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria(2008); University of Jos, Jos, Nigeria(1992) and University of Sokoto(Now Usmanu Danfodiyo University), Sokoto, Nigeria(1987) respectively. My professional affiliations include, Fellow, Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria, Member, Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria, Member, International Associatiotion of Survey Statisticians, Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria.  I was a visiting scientist at the Phillips University, Marburg, Germany from November, 2006 to February, 2007. From July, 2010 to May, 2011, I held the position of  Technical Assistant to the Honourable Minister of Science and Technology, Nigeria. I  participated in many international scientific meetings including; the Economic Community of West African States(ECOWAS) Member States meeting of Experts in Science, Technology and Innovation, Cotonou, republic of Benin(2018), which I chaired; Nigerian/Portuguese scientists  Conference in Portugal(2018); International training programme on Science, Technology and Innovation Policy for Developing Countries in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under the aupices of UNESCO(2016); World Science Forum, Jordan(2017);Nigeria Enegy delegation to Canada(2011); 5th Technical Meeting on Nigeria Sat-1R, China(2010)
