Imre Bard is a PhD candidate in Social Research Methodology at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He studied Philosophy at the University of Vienna and holds an MSc in Biomedicine and Society from the LSE. His research interests include human-machine merger, neuroenhancement, and artificial intelligence. Imre is also working with Nesta on topics related to AI governance. He is currently editing an Elsevier handbook on ethics and Consumer and DIY Neurotechnologies.
