Kaiyrkul Abdyrakhmanova is from Kyrgyzstan.She received her Bachelor's Degree from Kyrgyz Turkish Manas University.She is fluent in Kyrgyz,Turkish,English,Russian.She has volunteered in various projects as 'Importance of Education for Children from Vulnerable Social Groups',helping to organize and conduct trainings for children from rural regions.After Completing Master's Degree in Business Administration,she started working as Human Resources Manager in the 'ORDA' International Construction Company.As part of her responsibilities at the company,she was in charge of recruiting,mentoring,and supporting personnel.In 2015 she initiated a charity event for children with impaired-hearing.Due to her strong organizational and communicational skills she was assigned to be a key representative of the company when working in the International Project,where she was able to sign more than 20 agreements with Supplier Companies from Turkey,China,Italy ans Germany.As a highly valued employee,she has been commended a Letter of Appreciation in 2015,for her responsibility and fruitful activity for good of the Company.Currently Kaiyrkul is a PhD student in Szent Istvan University.She is conducting a research on Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Cross-Cultural Adjustment of Expatriates.her fields of interest are Emotional Intelligence,Cross-Cultural Management,and Business Ethics.She is an active participant of different Intertational Meetings,Trainings and Conferences.Furthermore,she is an co-author of scientific articles in the field of Ethical Positions.
