Dr. Helena Kovacs is a scientific collaborator at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) where she explores innovative teaching techniques and strategies of teacher adaptability. She holds a doctorate in education sciences, obtained through a Marie Curie Fellowship in the European Doctorate in Teacher Education (EDiTE). She graduated with summa cum laude from Eövös Loránd University in Budapest, Hungary and University of Lisbon, Portugal and her research focus was teacher learning in innovative learning environments. Prior to her fellowship, Helena worked as a consultant for Technopolis Group (Brighton, UK) and she did a traineeship at the European Commission, in Directorate-General for Education and Culture (Brussels, Belgium).
