Sébastien Reymond holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Marseille and a Chemical Engineer degree from Ecole Centrale de Marseille. Before joining the service of academic, scientific and technical cooperation of the French Institute in Budapest/French Embassy in Hungary, he was from 2013 to 2017 in post at the French Embassy in Poland. Beforehand, he worked between 2004 and 2013 as an Associate Professor at ESPCI Paris, with a scientific activity focused on the total synthesis of complex natural molecules with anti-cancer activities, catalysis and the development of so-called eco-friendly synthetic methods for the production of biologically active molecules.
